I need a sample letter and advice in how to request inspection of the voting materials and recount of votes in California.
Any help is welcome

You don't say where or what body voted. (Board? General Members? Committee?) or it is was an election, Articles or bylaws amendment vote, or regular motion.

In general, the results of a vote can be declared null and void if it is proved that there were voting violations. There are too many to list here.

Can you tell us what happened?
