I don't believe there is an HOA law in Wyoming. All real estate related laws for the state can be found at:

http://legisweb.state.wy.us/statutes/statutes.aspx

Go to Title 34

living in wyoming is alway the exception lol
i know we kinda live by our own rules most of the time,
but it can be hard to get a legal handle on things.
not much law is posted on the internet anyway for here.
i call my county court house and they said that my deed
most likly will not show anything about HOA.
i was told to look over my motage contract, so that is where
i will go from here.
thank you again.

Tara,

Your deed will not mention an HOA, but it should state whether or not your property has deed restrictions. If that is stated then I would find out what those restrictions are and if there is an HOA to enforce them. Not all deed restrictions are enforced by an HOA. I've owned property in several states with deed restrictions and no HOA.
