We are starting a new HOA in Nacogdoches, Texas. It will be small with 55 homeowners. We will maintain an entrance area and two wooded areas, one acre each. We want to do everything right, and we prefer to be as uncomplicated as possible.

Could you point me to a website or a book that will have samples of rules and bylaws that we might use as a model?

Thanks so much.

Do as I'm doing, canvass the web and get ideas from other communities. There is a wealth of information out here and I take my hat off to the associations the put theirs on the web, it ahs been very helpful. Trust me, if our ever get posted it's going to look familiar.

Max,

We are a small community of homes. There are 74 lots in our community. Currently half of the lots have a home on them. I am a board member and the webmaster. our website is http://www.crystalfallsvero.org/
You are welcome to view it. I am currently redesigning the site and in a few weeks the new site will be running. I check all emails coming in and any other web based inquiry as well as maintain the data base. If you want to view our private pages, please contact me at [email protected]

Thanks for the email reply on the HOA website. I looked over your Crystal Falls website and learned much from it.

You have done a very good job with your organization.

Thanks for your help.

I sent an email to your Crystal Falls address, butit bounced.
