In SC and trying to script a letter to builder to yield 2007/2008 but do not want to be overly aggressive. Only legally clear. Advise?

Hi Christian,

What are you trying to get from the Builder or Developer? These might be two different entities so we will try to assist but we need the proper "WHO" that you are trying to write to and WHY?
