I know information and being an informed member of any association is important. That is the reason I wrote my book "A Guide to Community Living" published in 2003.
I will be conducting a seminar for NC HOA's in the near future and wanted to see how many members here on HOATalk.com in NC would be interested in attending. It will be held here in Mooresville, location, date and time TBD.
There will be guest speakers; an attorney, banker, reserve specialist, insurance agent, realtor, CPA, a debt/foreclosure specialist and local construction company will be on hand to answer HOA questions.
The seminar will be about 2 hours with refreshments and lots of HOA information packets. Full details will be announced, if you would be interested in attending, please email me at [email protected]
Please give me your name and address so that I can place you on our mail out list when the details are completed. We will then send you a pamphlet with a reservation ticket for your seat.
