Do any of you have contracts YOU give to the management company?
Why not?
IF you do, would you share?
Is it easier to read through several of theirs?

The contract we have is okay, it's the mc that's not.
Thoughts, please.

JC,

PM's want a contract that they trust will protect their interests. They use their own because they've been approved by their attorney or professional association. If you give them your contract, they'll have to have it reviewed. That costs attorney time. If you were willing to reimburse them for that, maybe it would fly. Depends on how badly they want your business.
