IN a condo area, how is a "towing" policy administered? Does the HOA pay for the service even though the towing company gets the vehicle and the owner has to pay the towing company to get their vehicle back or is that just the breaks of the game? What happens if the towing company tows a vehicle that he/she should not have towed? What are the parameters to follow?

Alex - go to the top right of this forum and look for "search". Type in "towing" without the quotes and you should get five pages of previous threads on towing discussed here before.
Basically, you need to know your local and state laws regarding liability for towing. It can get very hairy. You need to do everything absoultely correct.
