The text is:
How to fix your Condo association or HOA fast!

1) Get a lawyer to give you proxy forms* for your association
2) Find people to replace board members - maybe you?
3) Get signatures for the new board members to serve as proxy voters
4) You can use the proxy forms two ways;
A) Demand a special meeting and election (No need to wait for the board)
B) At the next regular meeting.

* A good proxy form will say that if the owner shows up at the meeting they vote, if they don't the proxy votes. A good proxy form will be valid for 11 months. Most associations will give you a weak form only good for a few weeks- this is why you get your form from a lawyer.

Finally, once you get on the board, keep having your supporters sign a new proxy form every 11 months, then your association will be strong with quorum votes at each meeting.

A few comments:

1) You don't need an attorney to write up a proxy form.
2) Proxy forms can not be used to call a special meeting. This must be done by petition (proxy forms are for voting).
3) There are two (well 3) types of proxy forms;
Quorum Only - count as present but not voting
General - Count as present and allow the proxy representative to cast your ballot how they think is best
Directed - Count as present and "direct" the proxy representative to cast your ballot a specific way.

Your whole process can be summed up in one sentence:

If you want to make you HOA or COA better, be involved in the process.

Try the link again I adjusted Facebook settings and tested them. Please try again to look at the graphic:

The point of this graphic is to create instructions that are broadly applicable.I agree it is possible for a person to create their own proxy form, valid for their state and HOA.

I also agree that it's possible for a cooperative board to issue a proxy form for the longest term possible.I also understand that in some states you may not need proxies for a petition for special meeting- however, why would you petition for a special meeting if you don't have a winning vote?

But a lot of people are dealing with hostile or uncooperative HOA's, they need a form valid for their state and an attorney ready to litigate it with a restraining order lawsuit when the HOA dismisses or ignores their petition.

Your graphic has a major concern for me. Besides being over simplified, the part about continue to have members sign a proxy form every 11 months.
You don't specify but, based on that sentence, I am given the impression that it is a general proxy form.

I am a big opponent of general proxy forms because they can give too much authority to a bad board.
Think of general proxies similar to a power of attorney. The proxy representative can cast your vote how they want - not how you want.

Directed proxy forms are designed for a specific purpose (a specific meeting - annual or special) along with a specific topic (what are you voting for).
Directed proxies give the membership the opportunity to have a say vs. letting someone else speak for you.
