Florida HOA here. Governing docs allow typical holiday lights for year end celebrations. Recently, residents have been installing strings of LED lights under eaves for year round installation, and turning them on to celebrate football games, birthdays, parties, etc. These lights can flash, strobe, change color, react to music, and are controlled by computer/cell phone. None of these have received architectural review approval. Residents have received violations, but some refuse to remove. Comments?
