What does your HOA ask on its annual survey to get feedback from residents?

This is what we ask, over the last 3 years, alwasy gotten a majority positve reaction on all the questions. Last question is a new one we will start asking this year:

On a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest

is our HOA is heading in the right direction.

the HOA dues are a good value

Does our HOA communicate well?

HOA inspections need to be done more or less? 1=Less inspections 3= Just fine the way it is and 5 is More inspections.

We haven’t done these in some time, but I’d revise the last question as:

How often do you think HOA inspections should be done

___the current number(e.g. 2) is fine

___no more than 4 times a year

___5 or more times a year

I’d also add these questions:

• How would you rate the HOA Board’s overall management of the community (on a 1-5 scale, with 5 = highest)

• How would you rate the homeowners’ overall attitude towards each other (on a 1-5 scale, with 5 = excellent)

• Do you have additional comments regarding the community (good, bad and everything in between?) Write it down here and don’t be afraid to be candid!
