Hoa board installed a needed drainage fix on common property at the entrance of the community using large rocks/boulders in a wide area. The result is an unsightly eyesore which butts up against the sidewalk. Homeowners were not involved and many are unhappy with the result. What can homeowners do to change this or express concern about esthetics and resale values?
