I'm on the board of our HOA in the DFW area (Arlington). May I ask here for recommendations for good management companies for a community with 90 homes? We require one with a local physical presence.

with AI tools it's getting easier and easier to self manage an HOA. You can also ask AI tools like google gemini for recommendations and get a good list, good luck.
