At yesterday's board meeting, I was trying to leave and a director's husband physically blocked me twice, got in my face and wouldn't let me leave. I told him if he touched me again I would call the police.

I would at least call the police and have them show up to document your account of what happened.

If things worsen, then documentation will be everything.

Directors and owners must never, ever become physical.
