Hi,

We are a 2 unit condo in NJ. Is this the right address to mail the 1120-h form?

We hired a CPA for previous 2 years tax. Doing this on our own for the first time so wanted to check if there is any other formality for state filing. Previous 2 years, our CPA told there is no NJ state tax to be filed. We only need to file 1120-h.

Here is a link to the IRS site about 1120-H:

Per those instructions, you have the correct address.

I can't find anything definitive for condo NJ tax filing. Perhaps those living in NJ will chime in.
From what I am reading, it seems your CPA is correct.
However, it would be good for NJ members to add to this thread.

Thank you, appreciate it. We are doing it on our own for the first time so thought to check.

VinyakP, is your association a nonprofit corporation? If so on the net I am seeing a requirement to file a report and pay a small fee. For example, see https://njnonprofits.org/filingreporting/
