I would like to see examples of Florida Condominium Websites that meet the January 1, 2026, requirements.
Specifically interested in the public-facing website requirements.

I don’t believe Florida law has a public-facing website requirement. The law only requires private owner portal accessed via password. As an example, to link the owner portal in my HOA, the owner opens the management company site and selects the owner portal button and signs in.

The button doesn’t identify a specific HOA as the company has several HOA and the log in presents the proper information to the owner.
