Subject: Resources for HOA Homeowners – Looking for Feedback

I’ve been advocating for HOA homeowners for over 20 years, and I’ve learned that many of the challenges we face are built into the HOA system itself. Over the past year, I’ve written 5 books to help homeowners understand these issues, protect their rights, and take action for change.

The books cover:

How HOAs are structured and why problems are so common

The billion-dollar HOA service industry and how it affects boards

Real-world examples of elections, lawsuits, and board misconduct

Practical steps for removing bad actors from leadership

Proposed reforms to make HOA law work for homeowners

I’d love to hear from other members here: What do you think are the biggest challenges in your HOA?

You can email me at {EMAIL REMOVED DUE TO POSTING RULES} if you’d like details.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and experiences!
