Previously, I had found a way to update HOA officer names and the principal agent on the FL Sunbiz site WITHOUT having to pay a fee for an amendment to our report. Anyone know how to do that?
Thank you!

sunbiz.org seems pretty clear that the HOA has to pay a fee to amend the annual report and change the officer names etc.

I looked at the fees, and this doesn't look like a budget buster to me ($61,25?) Just pay it and factor this as an administrative cost in your operating budget.

Actually, the fees should be part of the budget for filing an annual report.
Often an HOA would change officers/directors when they file the annual report (vs. doing it before that time).

If the registered agent changes, that should be documented within a month of it happening. Do not wait for the annual report.

Wow, only $61 to file a report. What a deal.
