This may be good for HOAs that had had issues and hopefully things may get easier for people who want to buy homes to live in, especially first timers

The typical HOA investor owner isn’t what they are taking about. Private equity companies are reducing holding of rental properties. The typical”y hold houses and apartment buildings.
