There are lots of discussions on this website about whether to switch contractors, association attorneys, property managers (especially them!) and the like. This article discusses four questions you may want to ponder while making the decision. Many of you may already do some of this, but for those who are new to HOA boards, it could help you slow down and consider why you want to make the change.

Another helpful article, this time on civil servants posting political comments using government resources:

https://www.in.gov/iot/security/information-resources-use-agreement/information-resources-user-agreement-faqs/

No Inappropriate Material. Under no circumstances are Information Resources to be used for the viewing or circulation of (a) obscene, offensive, or discriminatory material; (b) material for outside commercial gain; (c) material for political activity; or, (d) material that would damage or compromise the security of the State or its Information Resources. (Hereinafter the material in subparts (a) through (d) is referred to as "Inappropriate Material.")

Enjoy.
