There has been mixed information regarding the deadline for filing for a FinCen number. It appears it’s been changed to March 21. Is this new date correct or is filing on hold pending the lawsuits?

An HOA still needs to file. The filing deadline is now March 21, 2025.
However currently there are no fines or penalties if you fail to file by that date.
The issue is still changing and nothing has been finalized.
