We are currently reviewing our Rules and Regulations to ensure they cover issues that have grown over the last several years. I would love to see other Condominium HOA Rules and Regulations to see what they consist of. If you would be so kinds to send your R&R's to [email protected] and in return I would be happy to share ours. Our property value has increased over $100,000.00 over the last 15 years. I believe because we have had stick R&R's and hold our residents to high standards. We have had a large rental population with investor and that has forced us to continuously improve and update the R&R's. Thank you for your time and have a great day/!
