We have a person that has stuff in front and on the side of her Property you would find at the DUMP we have had visiters ask how can your HOA allow them to do that it used to be a nice looking home, we ask HOA they said its ARTi said ART belongs in a Museum not your front yd.

Lets say we all agree with you that what you have provided we would consider trash.

It appears that your HOA has already looked at the issue and has ruled it is considered art OR there are there are laws preventing the HOA from taking action OR the HOA doesn't have enough money to tackle the issue in a legal case.

What I'm saying is that regardless of what responses you get on this (or other) forums, your Board is the one that has to act on it and, per your posting, they have decided how they chose to respond.

If you disagree with a decision of your board, the options are:

1) Live with it
2) gather support and replace the board with others (perhaps yourself) that will take action.
3) consult an attorney for your legal options (i.e. bringing legal action yourself against the owner/occupant)
4) Move

Yep, not great options, but those are the realistic options.
