Hi all - curious about how other HOAs handle guest/visitor passes (like for a pool or yoga room for example). Does your HOA use physical passes, digital systems, or something else?

If you have a guest pass system in place, how long does it take to get the pass approved/have you experienced any big issues with the system?

In my high rise HOA, guests must must be accompanied by the resident. So I'm not understanding your question, Marshall.

Is it that if I have a guest stay with me for a few days, and. a commpniemen were required, she'd need a "pass" to use th pool?

I agree. If they aren’t accompanied by an owner, there are no guests.
