Is there a program where I can map roads, put an A, B, C at points needing repair and when I click on the letter, it will show me the repair needed, the quotes for repair and whether or not it was done? Thanks.

Except for the repair quotes, my county has a database where you can report things like potholes (there should be a bunch coming up once the snow stops!)

As for a specific database, you can start with something that maps the roads and ask the creator what can be tailored - I saw three or four come up via a Google search.

I don't know how big your community is, but this could also be something you can put together with a few spreadsheets or programs like Access Start with getting a map of your community. If you don't already have one, your city or county assessor's office may have something available. This might also make for a nice project for a college student in your community who's majoring in computer something or other - perhaps the association would be willing to pay him or her to develop it?
