I am incredibly grateful for this forum. Not only have I received invaluable support and constructive criticism regarding my efforts to manage the property on my own, but I have also learned so much from this community. Your encouragement has been instrumental in my journey of managing multiple nonprofit organizations, staying involved in evolving laws, and following my heart in accordance with God’s guidance.
Recently, I was honored with an invitation to an inauguration in recognition of my work with various organizations aimed at helping people. This achievement would not have been possible without the support and wisdom I received here at the beginning of my journey. Thank you all for being a part of this incredible experience.

You're welcome and congrats on the honor!

After all the discussions on rule enforcement, budgets, governing documents and all that, you've discovered and acted upon what I think should be the ultimate goal in HOA living or anything else - make some sort of effort to leave your corner of the world better than how you found it. You might not be able to do everything, but everyone can do something. If we all did that, maybe we'd make some headway in addressing some of the planet's bigger issues.

Keep up the good work and don't hesitate to come back and ask as many questions as you need to. Have a great day!

If it is not right do not do it; if it is not true do not say it. Marcus Aurelius
