For all the citizens of Community Association Land:

May your budgets be adequate.
May your disputes be few.
May your decisions be thoughtful,
And your words be true.

May parking be plentiful.
May assessments be paid.
May your reserves be funded
And no repairs delayed.

Fight the good fight,
If fight there must be,
But aim for solutions -
That's better, you see.

May the weather be kind,
And insurance costs too.
May the season bring all good things
To Us and to Them and to You.
