How would one raise owner responsibility for termite.pest problems....if common grounds are general treated, but would like more longer lasting treatment that would carry owners through escrow (when selling).?

What would be best approach for owner's to seek (alternative treatments) that would be more cost effective for all?

I personally have researched several companies, and was looking at "foam" process.

What would be a "best' approach for a homeowner to suggest a presentation or vendor change to board members..(i am not on current board).

edmundO: Normally people don't consider termite treatment unless they, or their neighbor, have termites. You state the common grounds are already being treated--are you now referring to condos being treated as a preventative maintenance measure?
