Since we've discussed using AI in the past, I just came across an interesting discussion on the Ask a Manager website. Many of the commenters have serious concerns about how AI is forcing its way into every nook and cranny where it can gain a toehold, with significant implications for privacy, confidentiality, and other things that professionals have to concern themselves with. Lately I've been in a war with Microsoft and Google products, because they seem determined to trick/force a user to put their info into the cloud and to force use of AI products - to the point where I'm beginning to view these products as no better than malware.
Because some posters here have used AI products and HOA/COA boards also need to be concerned about privacy, confidentiality, and data security, they need to be aware of what they're really using and the risks thereof.
