Is a developer subsidy given to help cover a shortfall an HOA has during the year accurately categorized as income to the HOA? The HOA is still under developer control.

As the association is under Declarant control, how they handle their taxes is their business not yours. When they want to turn control over tp the owners, it becomes your business
