This one talks about a game created by a 4th grade teacher in which kids were divided into groups and asked to solve real world problems like climate change. The goal was to show students how asking questions (lots of them) can lead to effective decision making skills and collaboration. If a class of 4th graders can do this, what's wrong with us grown-ass people??? Especially those living in HOAs!

Here's the link (hopefully you don't run into a payment wall) - https://www.inc.com/larry-robertson/leading-is-hard-just-ask-fourth-graders/90990919

If you do run into a payment wall, you can hear how John Hunter, the creator, put this together at this link (this was a TED Talk) - https://www.ted.com/talks/john_hunter_teaching_with_the_world_peace_game?subtitle=en

Enjoy!
