Your association attorney should be able to provide you their summary of the changes. Several of the big HOA firms and management companies in Florida are holding webinars that outline all the changes. If you don't mind signing up for a mailing list, I attended the two webinars about HOA changes on this website and they were vary good. https://www.castlegroup.com/webinars/
