Does the florida sunshine law mean that the board can only meet in public?

The Florida Sunshine Law does NOT pertain to H.O.A's in Florida---except in any meeting where the local zoning Board or commission has involvement in regards to zoning and permit issues with the Home Owners Association. There are 2 statements in the Sunshine laws that exclude H.O.A.s

Are you wanting information to your Board meeetings? If so, 720 Statutes require that all meetings of the Board, where a quorum has been met, are to be open to the membership, except where the Board meets with the attorney in regards to litigation and legal issues.
