Hi Everyone

Can Parcel IDs be legally valid to use in Preservation Notices per Marketable Record Title Act? Why or why not? Thank you.

That's a legal question and most of us aren't attorneys. There may be some Florida posters who know (paging Lori!), but we don't know what's in your documents. If you want a response that's relevant to your community, pony up the money and get your own attorney to take a look (that's why they were invented).

Meanwhile, read this to get some background on the law if you don't know it - https://www.jimersonfirm.com/blog/2022/01/condominium-subject-marketable-record-title-act/#:~:text=The%20Marketable%20Record%20Title%20Act%20is%20a%20Florida%20law%20designed,of%20free%20and%20clear%20titles.

I know absolutely nothing about MRTA, but even if I was familiar with it, I would say you need to spend the money for an HOA attorney. That's not something you want to have answered by random people on the internet.
