My property management has another business name and they let both names linked and authorized to my Association's operating account. Do you have any ideas or recommendation? Thank you.

Hahn,
It would appear to me that whatever firm name is on your contract that is the name you want them to operate under. Tell them to take the other name off or if you want tell them to add the other name to the contract. I see no reason you would want another company that you have no contract with having any relation with you association. Stop it and tell them to fix it or you go someplace else.

Totally agree with Robert - company name PER your contract with them - insurance cert must be in the same name AND no accounts etc. without changes to your contract.
