our HOA consists of 2 former incorporated HOA which we never merged. does anyone know if we can merge these 2 articles of incorporation , and if we can what the process could be thanks folks

You can merge them together.
You will need to amend both sets of covenants first.
Then you can merge the Associations into one.
Once that is done, an attorney can assist you in what needs to be done to merge the corporations.

if you are considering CCR revitalization , you should consult with your lawyer about the steps to take in the merging process.
