does anyone know of a source that an HOA can access to find the rules associated with a submission to State of Florida associated with CCR revitalization or is the review committee one of those that do not record and advise of approval decisions. Our submission was turned down because of approval rules we or our lawyer have not heard about.
maybe HOA talk should start to assemble such a database.

We went through the revitalization process including the balloting process only to find out since the 30 year rule passed on 2014. we found out that new covenants beyond that date are invalid and cannot be revitalized. our lawyer with his purported expertise in the process was not aware of this requirement. the florida approval committee advised our lawyer verbally, and we withdrew our application, at our lawyers suggestion. there will be no record for anyone to access with this information.
and the beat goes on!!!!
