Time for a little fun. Advice for those whom want to be elected to board or office. What "Fun" advice would you give?

My first one is : If you are elected President make sure your hand basket carries sunblock.

Just some tongue and cheek humor. A little sarcasm goes a long way. Throw in a limerick or poem if you want!

Urban high rise condo. True story: We have a strict rule again short-term rentals. So a few years ago, an owner cheated. His guest called our staffed entry-drive gate kiosk and wondered where a room service menu might be and how to order meals.

This doesn't fit the subject, but made me laugh yesterday while watching part of the Masters Golf Tourney on TV.

The announcer spotlit a 21 y.o. who was doing well: “Nicolai, born in Denmark, has an identical twin brother, Rasmus, also a professional golfer and also born in Denmark.”
