Can the community members recall a member at large that was appointed by the board. We don’t know when his term ends but he is overbearing and needs to go??
The bylaws make no sense on this.

The open meeting minutes that show the Board vote to appoint him -- probably to fill a vacancy-- will state when the term ends.

Another source is the meeting minutes of the last Annual Meeting when directors were elected. You should be able to figure out this man's term from those minutes.

Owners may recall any director, but it takes a lot of trouble and work. I'm sorry I'm not experienced with a recall. An excellent source is Davis-stirling.com -> Index -> Recall.
