This is for people who rent single family homes or condos long term and homeowner-landlords who want to help ensure the people who rent their homes will not crunk out and cause chaos that will get them in trouble with their HOA.

The Federal Trade Commission has information on its website about tenant checks and what tenants should look for to ensure the background checks run on them are accurate and how to dispute incorrect information.
