Hi Everyone,

I tried doing a search on this topic but I keep receiving a service unavailable error when using the search option.

I am curious to know if anyone is aware of any community grants in Miami?
If so, how successful has the process been?

We are not a non profit HOA and if that is a requirement I would also welcome some feedback

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Grants would be more of a local thing to your area. There have been cases where a city will give a grant to the HOA if the issue is bothersome to the city. Like better fencing etc. A grant overall is not that beneficial to a HOA.

HOA is not a charity. It is non profit in the sense it must spend as much as it collects. The HOA is only funded by it members for it's members. If your HOA is short falling then it has to raise dues or have a special assessment or both. Seeking grants is not necessarily the answer and some cases taxes can get involved.
