Hello Friends:

Does anyone by chance know an Attorney who specializes in representing members of non-Davis Stirling HOAs in California? There are lots of lawyers who represent Davis Stirling HOAs and some that represent non DS boards- but I havent been able to find one who represents members of non DS associations.

Several California posters may be able to send you a private message with some suggestions. Otherwise, you might want to contact the bar association in your area. The attorney may do a lot of work with Davis-Stirling issues, but that doesn't mean he or she still can't help you, depending on what your issue is.

Taking a look, the Davis Stirling act does not apply to Associations who do not have common area.
