This is becoming a billion dollar industry
The dept of commerce has no investigative or judicial authority but this dept is making decisions on your property deeds and responsibilities.
So what the dept of commerce does is they rely on one organization member to verify documents
How does a person no one elects or appoints get to make decisions on your property,what’s bad is if the committee member lied the deo doesent investigate
I have read a lot of these cases and one thing sticks out who verifies the fact checker.so this one committe member can just sign a document and say it’s all verified ,
Any one involved in this process should be very Leary of how the process really works
Check all owners of record with ballotts for written consent
Check your more restrictive covanants
Check the notice or documents
Read 720 .400.
Read your governing documents .
