I'm looking for recommendations for a free phone app that we can use as a small HOA (6 units/owners) to communicate, take virtual votes on issues, make maintenance requests, etc. Any recommendations? Thanks!

This sites posting rules don't allow the mentioning of companies or products.

When requests like yours show up, it is advised to publish an email address (get a new one from a free email service for this purpose) on the forum.
This way, those who have suggestions can contact you directly.
