Has anyone ever conducted a quality survey amongst their homeowners seeking their opinions on how good/poor their management company is performing in all aspects of their duties? I was thinking of having our board conduct a yearly survey, but I was wondering if anyone had conducted one and had a template of questions that would be good to ask. We are a condominium complex consisting of 127 units in 16 buildings, with plenty of green space, and an annual budget of approximately $400,000.00.

I am interested in this subject and also would like to know what requirements are imposed on HOA management companies? Do they have to be licensed with the Real Estate Commission?
Would it be possible to build a thread here of questions for such a survey?

Survey Questions:

1. Describe any positive experience you've had with management company this year.

2. Describe any negative experience you've had with management company this year.

3. How would you rate their response time? Accessability?

4. On service being provided is this satisfactory? Unsatisfactory?
