Hello --

We are a 145-unit HOA in a single building.

Can anyone recommend a building management software application?
We prefer not to build our own package.

If this topic has already been covered please suggest where to look.

Typically, when someone is asking for this information they provide an email address so those who may have recommendations can provide them.

Personally, I strongly encourage not using your personal email for this. Instead, create an email through a free email service for this purpose.

I did a quick search for management software (remember to choose a search for all words) and there were several threads.

Please do not reactivate an old thread, as things change and what was good advice a few years ago may be bad advice today.
Instead, use the old threads as a research tool.
