Attn. experienced FLORIDA HOA BOD members and Prop. Mgrs.
I am a "director at large" (not an officer) in my s. fla. HOA. w/98 homes-members.
Our PM does not include the meeting agenda with the posted meeting notice. Notices are communicated by a sign which is located at the entrance to our community. It IS posted 48 hrs. in advance.
I argue that the meeting notice should (must)include the agenda as well... the PM says not REQUIRED!
Any insight?
