Our By-Laws and Florida Statute 720.303(a) require that ARB committee meetings be posted as the notice of board( directors ) meetings. If the ARB committee meetings are not noticed can a lot owner demand pre-suit mediation against the board for not having the meetings posted as they are who the ARB committee was appointed by and who they report to. At this point the board is unwilling and after requests to post them, even after our By-Laws and Fl. Stat has been forwarded to them showing they are not in compliance.
