Our HOA Board has a majority vote - between them they own a majority of the units and therefore can vote however they want leaving us other owners out. This Board consistently violates the Governing documents. Our Association owns one of the units and rents it for income. I believe the Board is planning to 'sell' this unit and a Board member wants to buy it. Others want to buy it also. However, I believe the Board member will have 'inside' info about how and when it will be sold. What can other owners do to make it fair for all to have an opportunity to purchase the unit?
