That is how a HOA works. The HOA attorney is not your attorney. They represent the HOA as a whole of which your a member. Suiung your HOA is then suing yourself and your neighbors. Be aware of this fact when you decide to bring a lawyer. You may be right as rain but still going to pay both ends.

Your local Bar page for lawyers should help. Plus make sure you hire the right type of lawyer for your needs. A HOA is a corporation not real estate.

Gene,

My suggestion is to look up hoa cases within Texas where the HOA lost.
Then look at the name of the attorney or firm who won.

Gene,
Tim offers great advice on your post as usual. It may be harder than you think to find an HOA attorney that does not represent many of the larger HOAs and PMCs. I see lots of conflicts of interest statements coming your way.
