In WA state are their any requirements that elections must include mail-in ballots or is this optional?

Say, Chris, on your last post, I don't believe anyone on this forum was willing to go to the trouble look up the WA statutes for you. They're kinda complicated and which ones apply are, in part, based on the age of your HOA and what kind of HOA it is. Did you find nothing on your own????? Do you know have a property manager who can tach you these things?

If not and if you're on the Board, you want your HOA attorney's advice. it's REALLY important to do elections correctly.

Is this association a condominium?

Does the Declaration of CC&Rs state which Washington statute applies?

What year was this association established?

I see the answer to the OP's question, but posting it is not appropriate until the OP figures out the importance of responding to the questions above.
